Practical course in single cell mass spectrometry and data processing
We would like to invite you to join our first Workshop on Single Cell Proteomics, which will be held on Monday, 21th of November 2022 in BioCev. The workshop will cover biological and clinical research/diagnostic single cell proteomics applications, sample preparation for proteomics and data processing using DIA-NN software.
We will have excellent experts in the field on site. Our invitation confirmed Christoph Krisp and Goran Mitulovic from Bruker Daltonics and Vadim Demichev from Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin. An application specialist for Cellenion will give a talk about automation in single cell preparation for mass spectrometry.
