The workplace does not process documents if it receives an electronic document that is not available for filing and the workplace fails to eliminate the document defect in cooperation with the sender.
The workplace does not process analog documents that are not sufficiently user-perceptible (eg incomplete, illegible or otherwise damaged), and the workplace fails to eliminate the document defect in cooperation with the sender or the sender cannot be identified.
Special records are kept of the receipt of an electronic document with a malicious code and the sending of a notification to the sender.
