How can we better understand one another in a team where different cultures, experiences, and communication styles come together?

Every day, we work with colleagues from different countries and backgrounds. Sometimes, even a slight difference in expectations, communication style, or reaction is enough to cause a misunderstanding.

Join us for a hands-on workshop that will show you how to better understand cultural differences, avoid unnecessary misunderstandings, and feel more confident in your day-to-day work.

What will you take away from this?

  • Greater confidence in communicating across teams,
  • a better understanding of why people react differently,
  • specific tips on how to prevent misunderstandings,
  • inspiration on how to leverage differences to benefit the team.

What will we focus on?

  • First impressions and why they sometimes mislead us,
  • prejudices and communication biases,
  • different communication styles across cultures,
  • practical steps you can put into practice the very next day.

The seminar will be interactive

The program will include a short quiz and a mini cultural exchange - an opportunity to share a small item from your country or culture.

Who will lead the seminar?
